About Dr Isabel
Dr Isabel is an NSR-registered psychiatrist who cares for people across the full range of mental health concerns, and who also holds specialist expertise in forensic psychiatry, where mental health meets the law. That breadth is rare: a psychiatrist equally at home with the everyday and the complex, under one steady hand.
She understands mental health as something shaped by society as much as it shapes it, by the systems, pressures and circumstances around a person. That lens makes her care fuller and fairer: she sees the whole context, not just the symptom. Her mission is to improve mental health care within the justice system and to advocate for people living with mental illness.
When matters do reach the legal system, that specialist depth comes into its own: expert court testimony, testamentary capacity evaluation, mental-state and legal-capacity assessment, risk assessment, and careful, clearly written reports, communicated plainly to counsel, prosecutors, magistrates and judges alike. For everyone else, it simply means assessments you can trust, and a clinician genuinely in your corner.
MD (Kursk State Medical University), MMed Psychiatry (UPM) and a Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry. Registered with the MMC and the National Specialist Register.
