I am a registered Psychologist in Malaysia with 7 years of experience in this field since graduating. I have clinical experience both locally and in Singapore. My experience include working with children, teenagers, and adults at various settings, including government hospitals, private centers, and nonprofit organizations. With years of practice in mental health setting, I am experienced to work with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health challenges, in both in-patient and out-patient settings.

I believe that each individual is unique and a holistic framework is essential to address different individual needs. In my practice, integrated approaches are often a choice for my management plan. I apply cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavior therapy electively to help clients during the healing journey. I enjoy the process of helping clients to become aware of their internal struggles, restore psychological wellbeing, and discover strengths to build a meaningful life towards personal satisfaction. Besides therapy, I also provides psychological screening and diagnostic evaluation for children and adults related with mental health disorders.
