Psychoanalytical and psychodynamic therapies

This therapy modality can alter the way that traumatic memories are stored within the brain so that they are easier to manage and cause less distress. It can also be used to treat depression, performance anxiety, phobias and fears, anxiety and low self-esteem.

Treatment for Addiction
Addiction is an illness that requires medical and psychological treatment. It changes the physical make up of our body, requiring as much care and attention as someone with diabetes or hypertension.
