My main focus is on those who suffer from anxiety and depression as this leads on to other problems such as insomnia, addiction, phobias etc. Through hypnotherapy, I also work on habit breaking (e.g, stop smoking, hair pulling etc) and lifestyle issues (e.g, weight management, performance enhancement).
My main modality is Clinical Hypnotherapy. I will also be using Counselling Techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Technique (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you achieve your goals.
My approach focuses on the subconscious mind. I usually deal with psychoanalysis thus we will usually work on past issues. I also create suggestions for a person to improve themselves and to move forward.
During the first session, I will take your case history and help you with psychoanalysis to get to the root of the problems. We will be engaging with CBT and counselling techniques. I will let you try Hypnotherapy/ EFT to help you manage your emotions. From the second session onwards, we will go deeper into your subconscious by using different techniques and solving the symptoms and root causes.
I believe in positive thinking and how we can change the way we feel via the way we think. I love animals and I believe that engaging with animals and nature can help to calm our mind down.
