In the second episode of The Mind Faculty podcast, I interview Mr Ko Teik Yen about the importance of mindfulness during the COVID-19 pandemic. We discuss how the mind can transcend the space-time barrier, paying attention while making chicken rendang and how to turn anxiety into productive energy.
