In this episode of The Mind Faculty podcast, I discuss how anxiety manifests in romantic relationships with Esther Loh. We talk about how to support a loved one with anxiety, and the strategies an anxious person can use to support themselves.

The Mind Faculty is a private mental health therapy clinic in Kuala Lumpur. During the pandemic, we are offering psychiatric, psychological and counselling services which can be held face to face or online. We offer relationship counselling for singles and couples to help them strengthen their relationship with themselves and/or each other.

Even after dozens of attempts, eggy car still keeps me coming back. Beating my previous distance record feels surprisingly satisfying.

Sprunki combines simple controls with deep musical creativity, making it easy for beginners to enjoy while also giving experienced players the freedom to experiment with complex sound arrangements.

I value the work that was done. It is fun and easy to read the paper. It's fun to take short breaks and play eggy car because the roads are endless and the controls are easy to understand.
